Pflegewegweiser is one of Switzerland's leading digital care navigation platforms, operating as a recognized private Spitex organization active across 18 cantons. The platform supports families caring for loved ones at home, compensating them fairly at CHF 37.90 per hour for basic care services, while providing expert nursing guidance, care consultations, and educational courses throughout Switzerland.
Jadi Media, in collaboration with Mirrors Agency, produced a high-performance video reel for Pflegewegweiser to be used directly in their paid advertising campaigns. The creative was built around one of the most emotionally resonant topics in Swiss healthcare: family members who care for their loved ones at home and deserve to be compensated for it.


What We Did
The brief was clear. Create a reel that stops the scroll, communicates the core message instantly, and drives people to take action. Working alongside Mirrors Agency, we handled everything from script to screen.
We wrote the video script, set up professional video and sound equipment for the shoot, and directed the entire production. The final edit was built with precision: music selection, sound effects, animated pop-ups, and pacing designed specifically for paid social performance on Meta and other platforms.
The creative centered on the theme of Angehörigenpflege, the reality of hundreds of thousands of Swiss families quietly caring for parents, partners, and relatives every day, often without knowing they are entitled to financial compensation. The reel was crafted to reach exactly those people, make them feel seen, and move them to act.
A single well-executed reel can be the highest-performing asset in an ad account. This was built to be exactly that.
